Private Lesson Scheduling
Students enrolling in private lessons should indicate the lesson length (30, 45 or 60 min) and a first and second preference for day and time
frame (ie. Mondays or Wednesdays after 5 pm) in the box below. Lesson schedules will be confirmed within two business days.
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 12 - 8 pm; Friday, 11 am - 5 pm and Saturday 9:30 am - 2 pm.
Schedule: Piano available Monday - Saturday; Guitar available Thursday & Saturday; Violin available Monday - Thursday; Voice available
Monday - Wednesday & Saturday.

Enrichment Classes
Students enrolled in private lessons may choose up to two Enrichment Classes per semester for no additional fee. Students who are not
enrolled in private lessons pay the full class fee. For information on specific classes, please refer to the Enrichment Class page.

Registration and Tuition
|
|
|
|
Registration
New and continuing families complete a registration
form each year. There is a $15 annual registration fee
(per family) included the first semester of enrollment.
Tuition
Once your registration has been confirmed, either half
or full tuition is due to guarantee your placement. Late
payments may incur an additional fee. A $25 fee will
be charged for all returned checks.
Tuition Discounts
Family members enrolled in at least two private
lessons receive a 5% discount off the total tuition.
Students scheduling private lessons before 3 pm
(Monday - Friday) also receive a 5% discount.
Discounts do not apply to Early Childhood Classes.
Make–up lesson policy
Because we reserve a lesson time exclusively for
each student, we expect that students will attend all
lessons when in session. Students are allowed one
make-up lesson per semester provided that the
school receive at least 24-hour notice. Teachers are
not obligated to reschedule when insufficient notice is
given. To cancel, please contact 937.426.6920.
General Policy
If lessons are terminated within the first three weeks of
a semester, the school will refund 75% of the tuition.
Tuition will not be refunded after three weeks. If a
student withdraws before the end of a semester, any
outstanding tuition will be payable upon invoice.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
A tuition invoice and confirmation will be emailed within one
week of registration. Please choose a payment plan:
Full Payment Plan – Balance due upon invoice.
Two Payment Plan – First payment (50%) due within one
week of registration and balance due at mid-semester. A 1.5%
finance charge will be added to the balance. Available for
students enrolled in Private Lessons or The Beginning Piano
Program.
We accept cash, check and credit card payments. An invoice
and payment instructions will be included with your email
confirmation.
Please check if you prefer to pay by credit card. A PayPal
invoice will be emailed, allowing you to pay securely online.
Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards and PayPal are all accepted.
We are unable to process credit cards at the school location.
